Dispite the game not featuring any content from the prequel trilogy, there are still some a couple nods to them.
(List will be updated if anymore more are discovered either in the game or in any of it's DLC.)
1. "Noooooooo!"
The emote "NOOO" is an obvious reference to Darth Vader's infamous line from Episode III.

2. The Emperor's Force Flip
The Emperor's dash attack is a move never seen in Return of the Jedi, but instead originates from Revenge of the Sith during the scene is which Palpatine is confronted by the Jedi masters.
