Well this is my first time posting here, so go easy and treat me nicely. :P

Share some wacky April Fools Gaming news or whatever you've ran into over the last couple of days. I'm interested in seeing some of the shenanigans.

For me, i was on Pokemon Showdown, and all of the sprites had been turned to poorly designed children's drawings.

Most websites are just starting to get stale, except for Google and Youtube. which is owned by Google. Youtube's are still hilarious, with this years being the ending of site submissions and subsequent shutdown of the website, and Google just makes cool stuff, namely the Dragon quest google maps for NES.

Screen Rant did 3... well, 2 and Game Rant (their gaming part) did at least 1.

Screen Rant did a thing about Chappelle's Show coming back and a sequel to Full House.
Game Rant made an article about Microsoft leaving the industry.

I thought they were amusing and I fell for their sequel to Full House.


Then Half-Life 2: Episode Three being announced (hardy har har). And Minecraft 2.0 being announced (which was actually playable, pretty sure it's not now anyways).

Bioshock (one of the games I'm currently playing) fooled me by making me think I saved when I didn't. Lost an hour of work and was pretty annoyed.

Capcom announced a HD remake of Bit Trip Beat and older Sonic games with the audio replaced by goats.

DeviantArt changed the site to "DeviantHeart" a dating site for artists,

and Blizzard changed all the worker units in Starcraft 2 to the warhound.

Oh, Square Enix announced a sequel to Human Revolution called Human Defiance. It was a 2D game. I didn't see much of it, but from what I did see, it looked interesting.

Man I wanna post what I think was the best April Fools joke I saw, but it's not gaming related...hopefully you can all forgive me, because I have to share this, I'll make up for it with a gaming related one after it.

Alright so I was on reddit and saw that a hentai (anime porn) site did an April Fools joke and I had to see what it was I, it was not disappointing at all.
Be aware that the picture is not explicit, but you may not want anyone behind you when you look at it otherwise you may some explaining to do for whoever sees it and wonders what the hell it is. Also as a foot note to the mods; feel free to remove the first part of this post if you dislike it because I know I'm getting pretty borderline with this.

I do it one Twitch.tv (check out my "Xannidel's streaming shinanigans" thread in the gaming area)
It's hard to update that with double posts so I have to delete my previous post and just copy paste what was there originally and THEN add new content to re-bump the thread.

Last stream was a few weeks ago when I streamed a gamed called Miasmato (even did a game review of it on here) and what I am HOPING to do within the next week or so is stream Phantasmagoria.

When I was 8 my parents convinced me that I was adopted, they got their spanish friend Carl and his family in on it and everything, it was all fun and games until I locked myself in my room, then came out and punched Carl in the face when he got close to me and ended up giving him a black eye.

And that, kids, is where Arjahn learned the word Fuck.
