Sometimes I read the low rating reviews on what I know are good products since they can be kind of amusing. The reason why I got a kick out of this is because it brought back kind of a funny memory. I was at what was basically a flea market and a gal had a big box of anime DVDs I was looking through. She sees me and says "The person who sold those to me said that my son would love them, but he didn't watch any. If you want them I'll give you a really good deal." To which I said "Thanks, but most of these don't have the complete series... And there's actually a lot of porn titles in here." In the end she was happy her son didn't try watching them and immediately hid the box. Let's just say some titles ranged from Golden Boy to La Blue Girl, but I was bummed that not all the discs for Serial Experiments Lain were in there. Would have liked to have owned that.

I found out that they made a case closed crossover with Lupin the third. Is there any reason why they never bothered to make an english dub for the film?

If i have to guess, i would say it was because "Case Closed" isn't a popular franchise in the U.S.A Also, the original title is "Detective Conan". Live-Action JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Project Shoots in Spain, Aims to Cover Entire Part 4 My thoughts: Hopefully, it won't be as bad as DragonBall Evolution, right?

Started watching an anime called "One Outs." Basically Kaiji with Baseball.
Hell, the main character is voiced by Kaiji, it's great. Music is top tier too.

There's a reason most of the show's movies, all of which are great and none of the specials have been dubbed. Random question for anyone who might know, what's the plan for D.Gray-man from here on out? It's pretty obvious that at least the first season of Hallow is over with Episode 13, but the story clearly isn't. Also this morning, the "Simuldub" for the show was announced by funimation for Hallow with it premiering every Wednesday like the the show was doing already. I can't find any links explaining what's going to happen from here on out, so if anyone knows, I'd really appreciate it.

Today's episode of JoJo in a nutshell
Speaking of which, there's was a interesting detail left in the opening for us.... You can plainly see a ladybug, the letters GW (Golden Wing/Vento Aureo) and the number "2001" right behind Koichi in the new OP. Part 5 confirmed?

Part 5 was confirmed by the time Part 3 was tbh. It's Japan's favourite arc. It's totally getting an anime arc. Hopefully it can make it good, and remove the 150 pages of filler fights that were never that good and turn them into an actual episode instead. Now Part 6 and 7, that's something we gotta wish for.

Actually, Part 5 is Japan's second favorite arc. The first one being Part 3. (09-30-2016, 09:36 PM)retrolinkx Wrote: Now Part 6 and 7, that's something we gotta wish for. It seems that the guys at David Productions want to adapt the enterity of JoJo, besides, they already adapted the first 3 arcs and they are currently adapting the 4th one, so there's no point in stoping now.

Oh... OH MY GOD. THIS BETTER GET A US RELEASE OR BE REGION FREE. I'm freaking out over this. The Big O Blu-ray release sadly, but understandably, didn't get released in the US and I didn't think Outlaw Star had a chance either because it was another one with more of a cult following. It's one of those animes that gets me nostalgic to the point where my eyes get a little misty. Toonami was so spectacular back in the day... Gosh I miss coming home from school to watch it.

Did anyone else watch Osomatsu-san? Strangely enough I hear it was aimed at us weirdo fujoshi gals, but it's kind of got a South Park vibe, so I can see dudes liking it as well.
I heard it's already been confirmed for a second season! I like watching an anime every once in awhile that's just stupid nonsense and nothing really too deep or heavy in terms of story.

Do something kind of satanic.[ ✔ ].
Introducing people to Madoka Magica and watching their hopeful reactions is wonderful. |
