Hey everyone. I just wanted to give you all a heads up that I'll be shutting down the server tonight at around 10:30 eastern. The datacenter we're in has detected an issue with the power line our server is attached to and will be shutting down all servers connected to it some time between 3 and 6 AM tomorrow. In order to ensure we don't lose anything, I'll be shutting down well before that. It means all sites and services will be down for about 12 hours but it's worth it to avoid corruption. If anyone has any questions, let me know but otherwise, expect everything to go down tonight and be back up tomorrow morning.

You live in Canada. Go over to the datacenter and tell them to fix it without shutting down then! :P

They apologised. Apparently someone spilled their pint of maple syrup on the server in their excitement at Pokémon Go being finally released.
