Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer/Nintendo NX reveal tomorrow
#1
So yeah, both things are coming tomorrow, NX as soon as 7 AM PT for Nintendo. That trailer is going to be 3 minutes long. Not sure how long the Red Dead one will be. Either way, tomorrow is a big day so I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread for them, I probably won't be awake when the NX info is out so feel free to post it if you have chance before me.

So the Switch is what Nintendo was telling us the WiiU was? A system that you could take anywhere if someone wanted the TV, but now you can take it on roadtrips. It's the WiiU2. I don't completely understand why they did it this way.

The thing that I notice is that it doesn't use discs (or at lest the handheld doesn't), insted using memory card looking carts. This means A. Most likely no backwards compatablety with WiiU games and B. We now have two cart based systems with this and the 3DS. I guess it's a wait and see for if it turns out good.

I'm interested in the Switch now that we know what it's about, but I want to see that 3rd party line-up with what's coming out at launch. They showed Skyrim Remastered and NBA 2K17 on it. If those come out with it, or there's a bundle that includes them, I might buy the thing on release. Also, I'm super excited about that conventional controller. It looks great, and I hope it comes with the system when it's out. I don't know if I'd use the portable stuff that often, but just as a home console, if that Mario game they showed comes out with it, I might be interested in buying it. Plus, Atlus and Square have already backed the thing and it seems like KH3 is coming out for it. That's not a bad idea if they really want to sell this thing.

That Red Dead Redemption 2 teaser was pretty underwhelming. Guess the point of it is to show that it exist.

It was pretty bad, and what's worse is already people are looking to scrape and claw at any info they can get and start making theories. That's not the point of that trailer. I'm sure what it was honestly, but it was all underwhelming and I don't know like that people are trying to make bank off of practically nothing.
