So, there are several Doctor Who references in the Rugrats cartoons. In one episode, in a toy store, daleks are clearly visible on a shelf. And that lead kid, Tommy Pickles? Isn't he always going on whimsical adventures, leading people who don't trust in themselves, always carrying his trusty screwdriver? Just like the Doctor???

Sticking to the Nickelodeon theme, they had to censor episodes of Rocko's Modern Life and sadly didn't allow Shout! Factory to release the episodes uncut.

Two of the biggest cuts are the infamous scene with the cow (Heffer? It's been awhile) getting sexually stimulated by a milk machine.

There's also a segment where Rocko was picking berries and suddenly there's a yelp and a bear runs out of the bushes while grabbing his crotch.
