Odd Video Game Facts
#1
I was just looking through some voice acting roles and I wanted to make a thread about some of things I found, but then I thought I might as well make a thread for more facts by the rest of the community. So here we go.

Almost everyone in Dark Cloud 2's English voice cast has gone uncredited. The only one who has received credit for his work is Alan Oppenheimer who played Mayor Need. What's odd about the rest of the cast not taking credit, is that Oppenheimer clearly felt no ill effects from the role, as he went on to play a character in Big O for 13 different episodes, Prometheus in God of War II, Alfred Pennyworth in Batman/Superman Public Enemies, and even a character in Fallout 4 despite his age. Oppenheimer isn't the only voice actor who went to work on DC films or who had previously. At least two actors from Dark Cloud 2 played roles in DC TV shows and movies. Scott Menvile who voiced Max in Dark Cloud 2, would use that same voice for Robin in the 2003 Teen Titans, and that became the most famous animated version of that Robin arguably until even now. The other voice actor was none other than Mark Hamil, who needs no introduction for his role in DC work. Though his role was technically very small in long run as he played Emperor Griffin who had very few actual lines in the game. Dark Cloud 2 also has a connection to The Land Before Time, as the actor for Littlefoot played a character named Crest, who was crucial to the plot point of a chapter related to a place called Balance Valley.

It turns out there were more DC actors and even a marvel one involved as well, as the voice actor for one of the most important characters in Dark Cloud Gaspard, was voiced by none other than Rino Romaro who had voiced Spider Man in Spider Man Unlimited the year before, and went on to play Batman in "The Batman" which ran from 2004-2008. He also voiced Darth Revan in Knights of the old Republic.

Well this thread is dragging on a bit but there's probably a lot more I can big up. I'm gonna leave it here for now though. Do you know any interesting gaming facts?

It's not really us submitting trivia. It's just sharing stuff for people to read and talk about.

Yeah, but why talk about it when you can submit it?

Tecnically you can do the same on Trivia Evidence but whatever.

Anyway, so you don't mind me if I take this and submit myself?
