Pretty much only one audio sample can be put into a submission at a time, but now I've found this that can allow you to combine audio, you can only hope though that it does so well: https://www.audacityteam.org/
I got hold of it, but I'm unsure of how to position audio one after another. I've tried doing that recently for one of my Pending Submissions: https://tcrf.net/Shantae#Unused_Music
