It's a Japanese RPG made for the PS1 and it was released in 99 for Japan and a year later for international release.

SuperMasterGamer, this works by whoever got the last game correct posts the next game. So, it's my turn. Besides, that's Wild Arms 2, so it's my turn either way now.

So, this is a Game Boy Color racing game that was backwards compatible with the original Game Boy (it would just play black and white). The game also had a rumble feature, where one would plug batteries straight into the game's cart that allowed it to vibrate, making the cart unusually large.
