It's because of it's Dream World ability thing that gave it Speed Boost, essentially letting it setup plus 2 attack and plus 1 speed per turn, that shit terrified everyone and led to it being megabanned.

I really hate Dream world abilities.

I'm going to say right now that I have not been following pokemon very much, to the point that I just found out about "Mega Pokemon." Can someone tell me when it designed to be Digimon? Mega Pokemon? What's next? Ultimate? Champion? AND the mega level is temporary? Hell we already have the weird gear creatures for both sides, so it must not have been too long. If the slogan changes to "Pokemon: Pocket Monsters" we can declare that they are copying now.

With that said, The new forms look kinda cool. I like Mega Absol, Mega Lucario, and of course, MewThree.
