Walter Smith is a PhD applicant, craftsman and scientist at Concordia University. He is at present chipping away at a task entitled Street Ears which looks at the interrelationships among space, place, and aural situations with an emphasis on making intuitive sound-based mappings, and advanced interfaces that challenge the manners by which we hear the hints of our general surroundings. His examination is financed by SSHRC, and has been heard far and wide, with ongoing introductions in US. |
