Kirby Fighters 2 confirmed.
EDIT: The fall update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
Postal Redux coming to Switch (Postal Redux is a remake of the 1997 original)
Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin is coming to Switch on November 10th.
Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light (NES version) is coming to the west!
And yes, we all know the DS remake got localized back then, but this is the first time the original NES version is being localized.
Bad news is... according to the website, it will only be available for a limited time. And it's not just the physical Anniversary Edition- the digital version is ALSO limited.
Q: "Why is this a bad thing? Other companies release limited editions yet it's only bad when Nintendo does it. Why is that?"
A: It's not the fact they are releasing limited editions per say, but rather HOW they do it. Take for example for example Fire Emblem 1. The game is available for an UN-limited time on the Japanese NSO service. Japanese players don't have to deal with the whole "limited time release" thing. So why do Western players have to put with it? Again, only western players can have access to Fire Emblem 1 for a limited time. Japanese players don't have this limitation.
Nintendo needs to knock it off with the bullshit. Can you imagine if the did the same thing with (let's say) a Mother 3 localization? Or the higly rumored Metroid Prime Trilogy for Switch?
"Eh, I'm sure once the time release has expired they are going to re-release the game on the western NSO. You just wait"
Yeah, let's hope so.
"The DS remake is still a thing, you can find the DS remake on Ebay and-"
That's besides the point.
EDIT: can we talk about the intro? I don't mean the dialogue between the two kids, I mean the fact that even Nintendo seems to acknowledge the fact that Smash Bros. can breathe new life into franchises, to introduce then to new audiences. I like that.
Nintendo released a new series called Nintendo Monthly Rewind. Like the title suggest, it's an official roundup of some of the news of each month.
At the end of the video it says: "Here's to a cool November"
Mario Bros. 35 is pretty awesome. Being free if you bought the online subscription is cool.

I am not liking Nintendo trend of anti-consumerism practices. Not liking it at all.
With the way they have dealt with their shitty online and the stunt they are pulling with the Mario 3D All-Stars brings me to the conclusion that Nintendo must be stopped! They think they can act all uppity just because they got a taste of heavenly success with the ever increasing sales of the Switch and dominating the market with their mediocre ports.
I shall not stand for it, and like my homie Gandalf, I shall not let that come to pass.
Not that I will actually do anything about it but I felt like it had to be said.
Capcom Arcade Stadium announced. A collection of Capcom arcade ports.
Eh, it looks alright. But where's Red Earth / Warzard? That game was never ported consoles. And where's Saturday Night Slam Masters and it's sequel Ring of Destruction: Slam Masters II? The sequel to Slam Masters never got a console port, either!
New Indie World Showcase.
