Yes, I saw those (they're just the last 5 actions from the moderator logs) but I don't see any sort of note referring to her as a spammer except in the ban reason.

Fun story: In grade school, at my crappy Christian school, one day the teacher asked "Can anyone tell me what STD stands for?". Being a young innocent child I decided to guess "Save The Dolphins?" which made the entire class erupt into laughter and the teacher getting pissed and saying "If you're not going to take this seriously we won't talk about it at all!".
