I think it might actually be "Alles gute zum Geburtstag!", but that might be the song-only format of it.

There's a few different ways you could phrase it, just like any language. I know I'm close. Its just a matter of the form each word has to take to make sense in context. Like, habe could be habt,habst,habe,haben, etc.

It's hard to remember to look because most of the time the people who have birthday's are folks who registered but then did anything. It helps when the staff has a b-day because I noticed the bright color at the bottom of the page. 

We level up? I'll be level 31 in March! It's so much more fun to say that!

with the rate that WoW ups the level cap, I'll probably be at least level 400.

Huh, this leveling up stuff reminds me of leveling up in a Nuzlocke. If you die, you're dead for good.

We level up so slowly though...
