I can't say I see it yet. If nothing else, these last few hours proves time is somewhat unprecedented. I see at least, an up reputation option.

Oh yes, that would be a helpful button. Especially seeing how the reputation thing is still under our avatars.

There is one, it's just buried under user profiles and requires a 10-character comment to perform. It's too much of a hassle to use often, imo.
