What games would you like to see remade?
#16
A remake of the TMNT for NES and make it like the Ducktails remake. Hopefully they could get the 80's/90's cast, but I could settle for the 2000's cast or the newest cast.

I'm an RPG gamer before all else, so I'd like to see an HD remake of Dark Cloud 1 and 2. Level 5 is my second favorite RPG company so I'd really like to see it happen. It would also be cool if Bandai Namco and CCCorp would remake the dot hack games for HD. They'd easily fit on one blu ray disc a piece.

Man, I'm sitting here like, "Wait, everyone else is suggesting new games to be re-made"... Then I realize PS2/Gamecube is two generations back now...

But, alas, I'll keep suggesting games that I loved from the first gen of consoles I played on...

If you want some old games (like REALLY old), how about Dynamite Heady, Banjo-Kazooie, and Startropics. Expesaly that last one.

Boy, if Banjo wasn't a bear, he'd be a dinosaur!

A new Startropics would be great. I used to play them all the time when I was little.

So far I’m seeing a ton of good mentions for games that
should be remade. I’ll lay down my two cents for each of them.

So far after seeing a lot of positive impact on the 3DS remake of OOT, I have a feeling that we might be able to see this one happen sooner or later. I know Nintendo is “considering” the idea of a
Majora’s mask remake. I just hope that they’ll do something about the stone
tower since that one was a bit of difficult one for me.

I know that Rare was originally worked on Conker:Live and reloaded as a complete and uncut version of Bad fur day entitled Conker Live and Uncut. Which would have had the original game COMPLETELY uncensored(from the swearing to stuff that was pixilated). But in the end it became a censored version of the game. If that ever happens, I’d like to see Conker Uncut take on the Wii U. I’m not holding my breathe, but I can dream about it.

The only thing that would get me just as excited is a Super Mario Sunshine
remake
.
I would love to see this one become a reality. I don’t
know why there’s hate for Sunshine. It’s a fun game. let alone that it has even
helped out people learn that cleaning up the pollution can do good things for
you. I hope Nintendo considers doing this remake for the Wii U. That would seriously be a splash for me.

day so would do very good with some modern upgrades.
I second this.
Since Ducktales Remastered was a blast to play. I want to see Wayforward to
this one next. Hopefully they can add some new levels as well as take care of a
few errors that had occurred in the NES game. Like the bad guys in the game
were not part the group F.O.W.L. Hopefully Wayforward can find a way of
extending the bad guy group so it can make the game longer. As well as add a
few new challenges to the mix.

As for Final Fantasy VII, They just need to get that over and done with since the demand for it has been going around since Square showed the trailer for the said remake at one of the conventions. Let alone that they are sitting on a huge money maker right there. If they even release it on the Wii U(which I am not holding my breathe) it would probably get the die hard PS3/Ps4 users to shut up about Nintendo being wimps in gaming.

I third this.
I have not played the game myself, but the way that Ducktails Remastered looks and from the reviews that have come out, I can say that it would be a hit with everyone. The way I see it is that they remake the stages, bring back voice actors to reprice the rolls from the cartoon, and add cutscenes to the boss battles. Hell, I would like to see what Darkwing would have to say to Wolfduck. Here's an example of how the game could work use cutscenes and boss banter:

The problem I see with the idea is that the Darkwing Game is made by Capcom with the Megaman 5 engine, and we all know what Capcom thinks about Mega Man. Well I will say that if it does come out I will drop my grudge agenst them and buy it.

I could imagine it on 3DS right now...

I still want to know where the heck Wolfduck came from as I think he only appeared in the game. He for sure wasn't in the cartoon and I think I've seen every comic/kids book written and he was never in it either. Too bad, since I thought he was a really good idea.

It was so bizarre that they left out Negaduck; he's probably #1 on the villain popularity charts (especially with female fans).

Jim Cummings is always up for voice acting, so at least for sure he would be available on the very off chance they even consider making the game.

If memory serves, Phil Hartman is the only DW VA who isn't around anymore. Granted he was only in one episode, but I'd love to see a return of Paddywhack in the game since it was pretty lame in the comics.

I'd love to see Chrono Cross with a fresh coat of paint, still utilizing the 2D world and 3D characters and such, just modernizing it a bit, not a new game outright, although I would absolutely love for there to be a new Chrono game.

How about we update Beneath A Steel Sky? Best point and click game ever made, but I want to see a full 3-D steampunk environment, same wacky humor, and the cool detective gameplay.

I really have not seen the show in a long time as I don't remimber Jim Cummings being on the show, but he basicly is the voice of disney since he has a charicter in more things than the voice of mickey (I think). and If they could get him to play the terror mask in Splatterhouse, I think they could get him to reprise his role as Darkwing/Negaduck.

We would also need a replacement for Gosalyn if she were to appear in the game since Christine Cavanaugh is retired.

My question is who would they get for Wolfduck since he was from the video game and did not have a voice actor.
