Nemesis is scary as shit, but there's one...one that freaks me out the most...one that gave me the biggest jumpscare I ever had...THAT FREAKIN' BODY IN SILENT HILL'S MIDWICH SCHOOL'S LOCKER!!!

Now seriously, that was my life's biggest jumpscare. That body is just scary as f*ck.

But Nemesis is also preety legendary too.

You mean the body in the toilets? All I remember being in the lockers was first the cat that jumped out and then, on the bad side of things, blood and guts.

I can get legit scare and panic from the Deadhand, the resident evil dog that bursts through the window, the RE4 regenerators, Scissorman from Clock Tower, and of course the piano from Mario 64.

Most of them are due to their impact on the gameplay, however. I don't get the kind of terror kids can get from stuff like that as old as I am now. I bet I could under the right conditions, my friend keeps suggesting I play Dead Space alone in the dark.

When I was a kid, the Nemesis was pretty scary.

Now I don't think he's that scary anymore.

He was fucking TERRIFYING in Umbrella Chronicles D: They made him sound even creepier than he originally was.

I haven't played Umbrella Chronicles yet, but in my opinion, he was more terrifying in Operation Raccoon City.
