Occasionally when the Alien uses his chestburster brutality, the baby alien will be wearing a small straw top hat.

As much as I would love this to be right, I have to disagree.

Looking at the video, it seems that baby Alien takes on a part of the beaten enemy such as Raiden's dǒulì hat, Jason's hockey mask, and (what this thread was made for) Eeron Black's cowboy hat.
