RE: RIP Hexadecimal - Hexadecimal - 06-18-2014 This morning before I went to work my mother decided then was the time she wanted to water the grass, so I wasn't able to do my laundry. I came home, was about to do it, and she says "I did it for you and laid out a pair of your pajamas for tonight on your bed." Meaning she was in my room. She saw. Either she forgot, is in too good of a mood to bitch about it, or is just too ashamed and is silently judging me. RE: RIP Hexadecimal - SERIOUSLY THOUGH - 06-18-2014 What's the link between watering the grass and doing the laundry ? Is there a daily water limit you can use ? Either way, I'd see it as positive if she hasn't brought it up. Perhaps she realizes that you're actually an adult that can make scient choices of your own. Is there a daily water limit you can use ? For some weird reason if the washing machine is going, or if someone is in the shower, the sprinkler barely spurts anything. We're trying to grow some grass in some bald spots where the previous owner had an RV, so we water that area twice a day. For some reason my mother insisted that she couldn't wait for me wash my clothes, but I think she just did that to have an excuse to get into my room. For some reason our washing machine and the kitchen sink are hooked up to the same set of pipes so we need to have a sump pump installed in our crawl space/cellar else it floods. So when ever the washing machine goes, it kicks a little water back into the sink. Sometimes a little bit sometimes a lot. Either way until the spin cycle kicks in you can't do the dishes else have water kick up and have cellar water slip into dish water making it dirty and smell bad too. RE: RIP Hexadecimal - Newt - 06-19-2014 Meh. You're old enough to do what you want. I'm 22. If my mom decided to be nosey enough to find MY toys, I'd laugh in her face and say that's what she gets for being a snoop. RE: RIP Hexadecimal - BumblebeeCody - 06-19-2014 You could commit murder, then show your parents you've killed someone, then they'll completely ignore the your figures. It'll seem trivial by comparison. What's the worst that could happen? :) RE: RIP Hexadecimal - SERIOUSLY THOUGH - 06-19-2014 (06-19-2014, 07:00 AM)BumblebeeCody Wrote: You could commit murder, then show your parents you've killed someone, then they'll completely ignore the your figures. Foolproof, Hex. Just not the murder part, plz.
