Start with what you're comfortable and use references if you need them. After a while, the hardest you'll have are minor details, usually hands.
It is all practice when it comes down to it, but don't be afraid to use a reference. In science, I guess it'd be called a "cross-examination"

I'm feeling a little rusty and currently wondering the extent cs2 can do. Anyone want a new signature or something?
