Seriously, how do you make people? I can draw a head pretty well, but when I draw the neck, it starts getting crazy. I mess up on the shoulders, and dont even get me started on the chest...

Start with what you're comfortable and use references if you need them. After a while, the hardest you'll have are minor details, usually hands.
It is all practice when it comes down to it, but don't be afraid to use a reference. In science, I guess it'd be called a "cross-examination"

I'm feeling a little rusty and currently wondering the extent cs2 can do. Anyone want a new signature or something?
Just specify what you want, this is practice for me.

Hell yeah - make me a nice signature that includes the DYKG meddalion, my avatar (still) and various other things that make you think "SERIOUSLY".
Oh, and your quote in cursive and in this format
" It looks like really bad porn, or a very good random anime." - Psychospacecow, 2013

Whereas "the customer is always right" (which, incidentally, should be added to the crap expressions thread),
and whereas I, the customer, approve of all the finely interwoven elements of my signature.
Let it be resolved that the outline is 2hot4u.

Still accepting signature making, though it will likely take longer than it took me to make Seriously's sig. I got work to do at school and some stuff at GameSprout, but if I can, I'll help ya.
