Wayforward is likely to add some life in the gameplay to give it more of a challenge. After all. I'm hoping that there's a game over screen with the ponies showing their signs of un-amusement at the player.

If they did that, it would be just Pinkie. Because, you know, 4th wall is nothing to her.

I know I just want to see the following happen on the said game over screen.
Twilight seeing stars(along other things) flying around her head as she's hurt.
Fluttershy crying(with a little puddle of her tears next to her)
Rainbow Dash looking at the 4th wall with a not amused expression while she's hurt.
Pinkie Pie giving a puppy eye look to the 4th wall.
Rarity(with her mane ruined while having a couple of pieces of dirt while terrified that her look is ruined
Applejack just looking down with no hope.
As well as the music being somewhat similar to this game over screen
