Oooh, I love ninjas! I actually have a picture folder on my computer dedicated to all my favorite ninjas in popular culture. Currently has 92 pics in it, a few of the pictures featuring more than one ninja from a specific title. Coincidentally I have the same exact picture of Taki in there. Jago's there too.
Hnnnngh! This is such a tough choice! I can't choose between Ryu Hayabusa and Scorpion D:

As in, any form that is neither the first or last of a character that transforms multiple times.
I'll go with Hydralisks from Starcraft 1. They start as larvae. They become hydralisks. They can then become lurkers.
