I won't even start posting my movie stuff here, I have waaaaaaaaaaay too many. I love collecting them, though, and if there's something I really am interested in, it will find a place on my shelf. Or my bookcase. Or the other bookcase. Or my drawers. Or a cabinet in the living room. Or that box where I stuff everything that doesn't fit in the aforementioned.

Since I'm a huge Anime fan, I would like to ask if we just post RL-movies or can I list some animated ones too? Would be grateful to get a answer as soon as possible ^^

I'm a sucker for those physics-defying action movies. I love Bruce Willis, Sly Stallone (When I can comprehend what he's saying), Arnold Schwarzenegger, and many more. I don't have a favorite movie, but Die Hard and the Expendables 2 are up there.

The Back to the Future trilogy are my favourite movies of all time, I'm surprised nobody mentioned them yet. I can't really choose one as the best, but I guess if I had to decide then Part 3 would probably win.
Apart from that I also love Avatar, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, The LOTR Trilogy, FAQ About Time Travel, Up, Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy (didn't like the fourth that much), and Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva. I also like almost anything with Jim Carrey, as long as it's humorous of course (not stuff like The Number 23).

We are watching our movie collection in alphabetical order. Yes, we have that many DVDs and Blu-rays.
We just watched Licence to Wed.
We're about to watch the Lion King.

They had the Dallas Sci Fi Expo last month and Christopher Lloyd and Lea Thompson was there, as well as James Tolken who played Mr. Strickland and Claudia Wells who was Jennifer. They had a big QA panel and some cute-as-hell kid tried to ask "Dr. Lloyd" science questions about time travel. I do love Back to the Future, but my favorite is easily the first one.
You only like Jim Carrey's humorous movies? Have you seen Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind? You might not if you stayed away from him in serious things, but it's a really great movie.

MY favorite's gotta be The Shawshank Redemption, it was brilliantly put together and has some of the best character chemistry I've seen in a film.
Also, I think the entire Dark Knight Franchise is really overrated.

I liked (or, well thanked) that post for The Shawshank Redemption. Fantastic movie!
I like The Dark Knight Trilogy, though the best one, by far, is The Dark Knight.

Best film ever
I don't know if I have a favorite film of all time, but I love all the 90's Schwarzenegger films, they're that mix of very bad, and very good that makes it one of those films you can just watch.
I mean, Jingle all the Way, was a great film, but damn, just watching it makes me wonder what the hell he was on.
True Lies, Last Action Hero, and of course Terminator are great films.
Jackie Chan films are great too, Rumble in the Bronx, and all films like that are amazing, and to me all Kung Fu films are great, Ip Man, Kung Fu hustle, and even some Jet Li films are great.
My favourite trilogy is Back to the Future, I can't believe I didn't want to watch that when my brother showed it to me.
I'm a sucker for Cartoonish films though, anything from the dark and edgy Batman, to things as simple as Tangled. I love them all.

Wreck-it Ralph was one of the best animated films I've ever seen.
Other than that though, I'm a pretty big fan of Studio Ghibli films, my favorite being Spirited Away. Totoro of course is also up there.

Oh, those movies are always just fantastic! I don't think I've seen one bad movie from them and I usually try to watch every one that happens to be on TV.
