The Chit-Chat Thread
I remember on the Smosh forums (are those still a thing?) I called some bullshit on a mod for banning someone because they stated an opinion. I wasn't banned permanently for it, but I was pissed for one week.
What's really stupid are perma bans without a warning, as I said above. The way I think it should go is a warning through PM to make sure the person sees it, then a temp week ban if it keeps up, and then possibly a perma ban. A lot of it really depends on the situation, though. I just feel in most scenarios the person really should be given at least a second chance. Sometimes when arguments get out of hand it's pretty easy to see why someone went over the line and should be forgiven.

At that My Figure Collection site they're actually too laid back. All they do is delete offending posts and really do nothing to discourage the perpetrator from repeating their bad behavior. There's only a few bad eggs there, but I really wish a Mod would give them a good boot to the ass.
And now spring break starts for me. YAY I get a week off!
Spring break starts next Wednesday for me. And when I get back they're increasing the day length by two minutes to make up for a lost day when there was a big water leak.

Those two minutes...will change the world...
/sarcasm
Spring Break is year round because I'm unemployed and not going to school. I'm not proud of either of those things, and I'm pretty sure I'm slowly going insane because of it.

Wait... what ? They're increasing the day by two minutes for just a day, or until the end of the year ?

Until the end of the year. The district is stupid, but not that stupid.

Why go to all that hassle just for two more minutes a day ? Ah school boards, they so crazem.

You should hold two minutes of silence every day to commemorate the day the flood arrived :D

Wait, 2 minutes? Just think of all that knowledge you'll get for that extra time.
Ha...Spring Break...

Oh lawd...

I was making myself a cuppa, some nice Earl Grey to start of my day. I take the teabag out of the wrapping and decide to stick my nose in the wrapping to breathe some of that sweet Earl Grey savour. Little did I know that some of the powder had permeated the teabag and now lay at the bottom of the wrapping. Well it's no longer at the bottom of the wrapping; it's in my nose. And it hurts.
I did want a younger piggy this time around so (s)he would be with me longer and not have all the health problems that my darling little Scuzzy did, but I think I'm going to go visit the guinea pig currently at my local animal shelter. Poor little guy has been there for awhile and I think I may just give him a home depending on how well he responds to being handled: http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/25494262

Why aren't they showing Truffles' hind quarters ? Perhaps he's a double-ended chimaera
Today, I walked into the shop to get a roll, but when I got to the counter, the line was long and packed with grumbling people. I looked around while waiting and line, and my eyes landed upon an entire shelf packed with Reese's Nutrageous, Pieces and Peanut Butter Cups...(This is special because where I live, you'd only find the odd P.B.C. every once in a while and it'd be really expensive.) After filling my pockets and paying for my snacks, I walked back over to my friends looking at my purchases.

My Face.

Heh. That would be pretty epic! The thing is, those are a lot better pictures of him than the one they initially threw on where his face was obstructed by someone's hands. I think they're trying to make him cute so someone will get him, but they really should show his rump. Guinea pig backsides are actually so cute.

Also, if I get him, no way in hell is his name going to stay Truffles. I hate it.
