2 things I've learned this year :

Teeth are commonly used to identify the deceased at a crime scene because they are coated in enamel and will last far longer than any other body tissue.

Hexadecimal is a method of counting to 15 before adding a second digit to a number, going 0123456789abcdef. If a number would reach 16, it would therefore be 10. (if my waking up in the middle of the night brain is acting like I want it to)

The song by Aerosmith "Janie's Got a Gun" is already one of their most gritty songs, about incest and murder. However, the original lyrics were even more direct. One line "He raped his little bitty baby" was changed to "He jacked a little bitty baby". Also, the radio edit changed the line "put a bullet in his brain" to "left him in the pouring rain".
