Well... I'll just throw this out here... Since I add to the VGFacts community and all and gave it a shout out while I was on the couch at AGDQ and all that...
I'm going to be in another speedrunning marathon! Two in fact, back to back weekends. This weekend, I'll be participating in Speed Gaming For Sick Kids 2 to raise money for the Sick Kids Hospital. It starts this Friday and ends Tuesday. I was in the first Speed Gaming for Sick Kids and had a blast, so I'm looking forward to this. I'll be running FOUR separate games in this marathon: Hot Wheels Turbo Racing Saturday morning, Kirby's Avalanche or Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine Sunday morning (it's a bid war, YOUR dollars decide which I play), Shadow Dancer: The Secret Of Shinobi Monday morning and finally Kirby's Dream Land Tuesday morning. The whole thing is going to be a lot of fun for all and we've got quite a few good names in the speedrunning community helping out, so watch it! The planned schedule is here:

Now, I DID say two marathons in a row that I'll be in. The second marathon I'll be in is the Kirby Speedrun Showcase, which runs from March 13-15. This marathon won't be raising money, but is simply a display of the greatest Kirby speedrunners around! We'll have quite a mix of games, from classic titles like Kirby's Adventure to weird ones like Kirby's Tilt 'N' Tumble! I'll be showing off my mad Puyo Puyo skills again with Kirby's Avalanche that Sunday afternoon as one of the closers. The schedule is here:

So, submissions for SGDQ 2015 open tomorrow (part of the reason I've been busy getting good recordings to use as submission videos), and I was extremely pleased at how this Shadow Dancer speedrun turned out. I'm planning on submitting 5 games(Shadow Dancer, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, Kirby's Avalanche, Hot Wheels Turbo Racing and Trackmania: Build To Race), let's see how it goes!

On that note as well, I know I will be working during most of what happens at E3 and last year I tried to get people to help me keep the updates going a little too late and things got hectic, so I'm asking anyone who wants to join the page and shows interest in helping me run it during more hectic or even normal times to join up and help me. Even if you can't do it, if you know anyone who can I'd really appreciate it. I don't want to miss anything of interest during the event and there some stories I miss throughout the day so please do help me if you can. Either way join the page I talk about a lot of things there and it might help you be in the know a bit more if you're interested. I do movie news from time to time as well. Thank you.
