-It is actually blockable though. It's only when you do the EX/Meter version(as shown in that video) is it unblockable, so the most that'll ever been shot at you continuously is 3.
-It's also pretty minus/punishable on block meaning that you teleport over to him or move slightly forward if you're playing a character without a teleport.
-You can also duck it.

...don't get me wrong though, fuck that character.

Oh, in my very little knowledge of the series, I remember him being caught in s house and this robot ninja-thing blowing up in his face. Guess he's pretty resistant !
