Ah man, I hope it's not as bad as the second one.

It felt so generic for a series that has had unique 10/10 opening themes.

Personally, while i think the song was generic, the opening itself had some nice visuals and foreshadowings.

Today's episode of JoJo in a nutshell.

Also, not sure if anyone else noticed this, but they are some cameos at the end of the episode.

To be more specific, the following characters are making a cameo: Spoiler: Mikitaka, Yuya and Terunosuke Miyamoto (the Enigma Guy)

Oh for fuck sake.

How bad can these scans get?

You had one job. ONE FUCKING JOB.

ERASE THE JAPANESE

AND YOU DIDN'T

I just don't even know anymore.

^ ...Oh wow. I think I had a different scanning place than you bookmarked before my old laptop went dead where I was reading it at. The version I had was still pretty bad in places, but I don't remember anything like that.

No the scans have awkwardly placed bubbles and writing.

Usually all the speech bubbles would be filled, now only half of them are filled and the other half seems like literal translations from Japanese.

It feels like this manga series has had generations of translators who have their own unique way of translating this manga.

Monkey punch’s timeless manga franchise, Lupin III, is getting itself a brand new anime movie, and this time, it will focus on the series’ resident swordsman, Goemon Ishikawa.

I badly need to watch Lupin. After seeing the Castle of Cagliostro, I knew this was the exact kind of show I would enjoy.

No idea how to get into a series that's been going on for decades though, at least with Jojo, it was neatly placed in 8 parts.

Ah, Youtube content block, we meet again.

Mob Psycho 100. Same creator as One Punch Man, but with a psychic kid who isn't invulnerable yet still ungodly powerful. Pretty funny.

Content Block? As in age related?

If not, there's addons you can get that unblock region locked videos and stuff. I have one called Proxtube.

I'll look into it. Thanks.

The thing with Lupin III is that unlike a lot of other anime franchises, nearly all stories in Lupin are independent of the others so there is no required viewing order for understanding. All you really need to need to know is who its cast members are.

In other words: you don't need to watch Castle of Cagliostro in order to understand the 2015 anime, and viceversa.

...I want to watch Lupin now too. It was on Adult Swim when I was too young to stay up that late. All I know about him is that he likes some chick named Fujiko, I think?

Lupin, grandson of a gentlemanly French thief, travels around the globe in pursuit of a good time, whether it involves well-guarded possessions, long-buried treasures, or a lovely lady to woo (or rescue). Although he was more heartless in the original comics, in the anime he follows a sort of code of honor: he almost never kills unless attacked, and generally only steals from people more despicable than himself. He is perpetually pursued by his number-one rival, the restless Chief Inspector Zenigata of Interpol. Lupin's long-time partners include fast-draw, misogynist gunman Daisuke Jigen, the traditional, blade-wielding Goemon Ishikawa, and his on-off girlfriend, Fujiko Mine.
