If my memory of this matter is correct, among the gods of destruction, only Beerus has attained Ultra Instinct to a satisfactory level to contest other gods of destruction with it. As this is Dog Of Destruction Scooby, we can assume this isn't the case. Seeing as there is now a precedent of characters being able to overpower destruction energy and even the gods that wield it to some capacity in Super, I am inclined to say that if the fight can be ended quickly, it will be because Shaggy has ended it.
