Thanks guys. Oh, and Petie, I'm still waiting on the whole thank button icon for mobile thing. A grey box doesn't look like a thank button. Luckily I found out by curiosity. Others might not know.

Similar to the game pages, is it possible to include images/logos and banners for the series, consoles and developer pages?

The images for the series could be the official logos and the banners for them and the developer and console pages could be a collage of either screenshots or the game boxarts which are related to the topic.

We decided against these as they'd produce a lot more work when adding new games, with a new series, and 3 new developers, and a new console.

We're only 3 dudes! :P

In addition to the above, the other issue is that there's no consistent size or shape for company logos. While boxart does vary from console to console, in genera, it all fits neatly within a certain set of dimensions but we wouldn't be able to do the same for series, developers, and consoles.

That's what vector graphics are for.

No, it isn't. Vector graphics are for maintaining detail when scaling. The issue I described is one of shape, something that nothing, never mind vector graphics, is going to solve in a suitable way.

Additionally, what Dazz said is also entirely true. Right now, with every game submission, we need to find or create two images (which, at the time of this writing, means we've dealt with 1,150 images, at least 575 of which have been custom created, and even more that were cropped or edited to fit). Adding one for series, developer, and console would up that number to a minimum of 5 for game that has at least one new entry for every section. We're overloaded as it stands and trying to do this, if we could even find a way to display the graphics properly, would just take way too much time for very little gain.

I misread your statement, my mistake. Can't type sleepy.

Not a problem. I definitely know the feeling.

Maybe increase the top-margin individual forum posts? As it stands, when directed to a particular post in a thread, the VGFacts banner covers up the first couple lines.

Oh, really? I actually programmed it in so that it would display correctly, with the post at the top under the banner.

This is an unfortunate side-effect of having a fixed element on the page. We'll work on getting it fixed but in the mean time, you'll just have to scroll up those couple of lines.

Yeah that's how I've been dealing with it, I was just making sure you guys knew--evidently Dazz didn't.

I apologize if this was already brought up or if it already is apart of the site, but it sounded like a good idea to me.

I was looking at my game collection and saw "PlayStation Move Heroes." It would really cool to have some tips about it on the site, but I think it would be better to add it to the Sly, Jak and Daxter, and Ratchet and Clank categories instead of a PlayStation Move category.

That leads me to my suggestion. Can we have it so that if a game shares the same universe with two characters (like Crash Purple and Spyro Orange or PlayStation Move Heroes), we can put the game under two categories? We could do it like we do the developers and consoles. Again, sorry if this is already a thing, but I find this a cool idea.
