Should I try GTA 4? (NO FURTHER INPUT NEEDED)

My taste in games is...odd, I love Infamous's open world concept but hated Arkham City's open world so I am curious about something. Would I enjoy GTA 4? Also I lied I did play GTA:SA however I did not enjoy the rap music or the stereotypical black ghetto slang and what not so I did not enjoy the game...at all. So is GTA 4 similar to GTA SA in that sense?
