The main problem that many have with the game is that it's slow at the beginning, not just regualrly slow either like JRPG slow. Also the focus isn't really over the top fun, it's more grounded in reality and trying to immerse yourself in this city. However the city itself DOES actually feel alive and there's so much content here. I'd definitely say give it a try.
