OKay, reviving this thread with some news.
Just when I thought Skull Girls and the next KoF were the only fighters missing from my collection, they announce a new crossover fighting game. The current (Japanese) name of the game is Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax and it's being developed by Sega and ASCII Media Works. Currently only two characters have been announced through a very short gameplay teaser and they are Asuna from Sword Art Online and Shana from Shakugan no Shana. It appears they were fighting in a stage based on Sega's Valkyria Chronicles.
Next, there is a new Soul Calibur coming up. The subtitle of the game is Lost Swords and it will be free-to-play.
Now, I'm usually not all too into the whole format of free-to-play games but Tekken Revolution and Killer Instinct seem to be doing fine so who knows.
Speaking of KI, the new female character was finally properly introduced, in addition to yet another chracter... See the trailer below.
