So Next Level games was working on a Metroid game

I know my brothers are fans of the Metroid series. If they ever do get around to making it for the Wii U. I would like to see them try to do something with the 2D aspects in terms of gameplay. While at times jumping into the 2.5 2D type of gameplay like we have seen in Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze.

Something like Super Paper Mario I guess. 2D in certain parts of gameplay, 3D for other parts.

Yeah, something like that could work. Although. I'm not holding my breathe about Next Level doing a Metroid game, Retro probably is likely going to do one sometime in the future(considering that there's an easter egg of Samus's ship in Tropical Freeze).

There's an Easter egg of Samus' Ship in Tropical Freeze? Would you mind showing me that? That's pretty cool.
