It's not quite to the calibre of those other games, but it's really fun, basic, and most importantly free.
It's called Tag Pro. It's a very basic, but very addictive capture the flag type game. It's not a single player game though, it's an online multiplayer game. Here: http://tagpro.koalabeast.com/
