Also, Psycho if you haven't, I suggest playing the first two fallouts (and maybe tactics) to possibly help with the hype.
While they are not 3D FPS's they are incredible games, think of them as TBS games like Fire Emblem or Advance Wars with a lot more depth to them. There is a lot of reading to be done, and the game is very different to Fallout 3 and NV in regards to quests, but trust me they're great games.
The music is also very good and well done.
Rest assured, it's using the same damn engine, so the gameplay will be more or less the same.
That's all I can infer from it though, I could be wrong, as I too want to see gameplay.
