So, if what I've read is correct, Decapre isn't actually a clone, but Cammy is in Street Fighter's story. That's some irony.

I find it really funny (along with very sad) that nobody saw her trailer long enough to notice that she had none of Cammy's moves and had to buy the game and play her to notice she was not a clone character. I also find it very irritating that everyone called her a lazy idea made for USF4 when she has been part of canon since Alpha 3.
