OK... I know Igor's Japanese VA passed away but that's a MASSIVE change to his voice. Why couldn't they keep his English VA the same, unless there's a story related reason for it? Now I'm not going to trust Igor and be suspicious something's up until the credits roll.

EDIT: ALSO DELAYED UNTIL APRIL. FML, but free dual audio is very unexpected!
