Street Fighter V constantly improving since it's lackluster launch, more info on Tekken 7, Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator, MKX Kombat pack 3, Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite's annoucement, Killer Instict season 3 AND The King Of Fighters XIV.
There's no nothing clever I can say, this year has been amazing for the genre.
There are also things such as Under Night in-Birth on PC, Injustice 2 getting announced and Bayonetta in Smash. All of this events brought a lot of attention to the genre.
