There's KOF Wing AKA KOF Wing EX which is a flash game made by a Chinese studio Flashwing.
And there's KOF Wing wich is a MUGEN game. Why are they both called KOF Wing? I don't know.
KOF Wing Mugen also has the Shingo Selfie while the one by Flashwing doesn't.
