Weird Key Configs?

There was this mmo I played where you could have somewhere above 30 spells all corresponding to a letter (eventually using both capitals and lower case). First you'd have to hit Shift Z and then hit the respective letter. What I I'd do is map my spells to both cap and lower A, S, X, and Z. They were pretty much the only spells I used anyway.
