can't think of anything specific at the moment, but imo it's inexcusable for any game not to let you rebind all the keys in this day and age, even on consoles.
ah wait, the most immediate thing i can think of is pressing circle to confirm and x to cancel in PS1 games, such as Metal Gear Solid. i've read that it's due to grading in Japanese schoolwork circling correct answers and checking or crossing incorrect answers. to me it's all about natural thumb position and left-brain/right-brain.
