I always put crouch to left ALT. I don't know how you're supposed to hit CTRL when your strafing left, but I'll never need crouch and jump at the same time so I just use my thumb for both.
Also I used to play games with ESDF instead of WASD until I came across a game that wouldn't let me change the keybindings. I got used to it and kept doing it because it was easier than changing they keys in every game.
Also for some reason everybody uses Z and X as A and B (or whatever) in most emulators. I don't understand this behavior. Like am I the only person in the world who automatically puts his fingers on asdf?
