The GTA4 collection with the two expansions was cheap on PSN last week and on Steam as well. If there was a time to pick it up, that would have been when.
GTA4 is not the best GTA game to "get" why GTA was always so fun imo, but the PS2 games are far too outdated to play and only I like the original 2 games. So don't bother with those either.
I say play Bully if you're going to play any old Rockstar game, and then get into the GTA series with 5... it's sure to be good and current... so I agree with Zombie Riot.
I hate Arkham City, too, but early 90's rap is amazing :P
