Would GTA IV be worth playing with GTA V coming in just about 4 and a half months? Hmm. Probably not. Since you have played SA, you never experience what GTA IV did so differently with the series, and GTA V is going back to its roots, really.
I'd say no, and just wait for GTA V, which already looks to be 100x better than what GTA IV was.
