What? No way! PoP is one of the better game-to-movie adaptations I've seen.

seconded, by the way. It's a unique story, but it's done quite well. Though casting Ben Kingsley wasn't exactly a smart move ... It kinda spoils something :lol:

I have to agree, but Sly Cooper was one of those games that was great for having stupid humor (Murry telling jokes to a stone face Pilot comes to mind) but also some great villains to banter with. I really can't wait for this to come out so that I can nit pick it to death and see what they did better.

I just hope and pray that they don't change any of the designs of the characters in this movie to make it more 'children friendly'. I have a feeling that the furries are going to be pissed as hell if Carmelita Fox gets a bad makeover(which you can blame on a stupid studio executive for forcing the change).

That I do have to admit I worry about. Carmelita Fox needs to be unchanged. The games shes in are rated E and that should be good enough. She also better have a different voice actress as well, to keep up the theme of a different actor each time.

The only thing I can see that might be changed for the eye of a studio executive is her chest being covered up by a more suitable officer uniform. I'm aware that she's an anthro, but to the eyes of an executive its just another average animal.

If such a change like this occurs, some of the fans(as well as the furries) aren't gonna take this well. What are the odds of her having a different voice actress for this? Her voice changed as the series went on so this shouldn't be much of a surprise.

Honestly? I forgot how she looked like. It's been a while since I've played the games :lol: Anyways, I'm hoping for a better design actually, cuz I remember not being a big fan of it. And seeing the image, I'm still "Eh" about it.

Figured I update the minds of people who played Sly Cooper once with an image of a character. I don't mind a redesign of Carmelita for the movie. I just hope that they dont make too many changes to the point where it doesn't look like the character from the game.

I'm going to say something. they did update Carmelita's look for the forth game with..... mixed opinions from me.



I like the skirt but there's something about her face I don't like.

Speaking of faces, Why does Sly look like a mouse? That has been bugging me for a while. I think it's the details of the whiskers.

Lastly, I want to see what Clockwerk looks like. Don't tell me that they aren't puting in Clockwerk in the first Sly Cooper Movie. That would be like not puting in Carmelita in the movie or not putting in Kessler in the inFAMOUS Movie.

I have high hopes for this movie. I hate the design for Murray, but Bentley and Sly look pretty cool. I'm glad that they decided to not just copy/paste high-res game models, but make original renditions.

And I absolutely hate Carmelita's design in the new game.

Here's hoping that the new design for Carmelita is an improvement. Or at least is close to how she looked int he first game.
