Nope, they've just gone full-derp and skipped a number. Perhaps their Tablet OS counts as 9 ??

Funnily enough it's to do with versions of Windows. Windows 8 is actually Windows 6.1. I bring this up because of the naming conventions that Windows uses. For example, there's a hilarious code within the Windows OS that goes like this:

Basically they can't call it Windows 9 because it's looking for the wrong Windows system.

Man, feel kinda bad.

Accidentally stapled my friends hand and he got pissed that he punched me in the face and didn't talk to me for the rest of the lesson.

I apologized about 20 times but he didn't want to hear it.

If you're wondering how you accidentally staple ones hand, it's when you think it's empty and you use it on his hand.

Probably best to just sit away from him for the rest of the month or year.

I hate the way the forums look now. Even in classic mode. My pictures don't show anymore and nothing is as nice. Although I do like the pretty flower next to "Thanks". That's about it, though.

One advantage to the new layout is that I can make signature wider without having to shrink the individual images. I need to get around to doing that soon, I'd love to make my sig look better.

If someone 'thanks' a post, where it says "Thanks given by ..." there is a pretty little flower.

Can someone explain what this whole "base" or "based" thing is online ?

"Thanks based Gabe" or "Based [person who did something good]" is something I often read (can't remember if it's 'base' or 'based').

Is it synonymous to Godly or someone who is worshipped ?
