Surely an alarm clock would do the trick ?

Not for me. Once I fall asleep, it's VERY hard to wake me up until I'm fully rested.

Edit - Oh, you're asking about him. He uses an alarm clock when he has to get up at the normal time. But the place he works at forces their employees (or at least some of them) to work overtime. Either that be working later or going in earlier. Today was one of those days. It's just easier for him to have me wake him up than him changing his alarm once, and then changing it again later.
Allergies suck ya know?
I don't know why someone would put a song you like for alarms and stuff. You start to associate the song you like with shitty things (like waking up) '^'

My friend has put a song she likes as her ringtone, now she often forgets to answer the calls because she doesn't want to stop the music..
An advice for waking up: Put as alarm 'More than a feeling' from 'Boston'. It gives you a very smooth wake up. I tell you, it's my favourite.
Smooth wake up? Naw, man, it needs to punch you in the face and throw you out of your bed.

You wan't a song that does that, try waking up to this.
Ooh, I love that song!

That's true, waking up to a hug barrage is always better than an alarm clock !

I think I already mentioned this, but for quite some time, this was my alarm.

It gave me 4 seconds to wake up and turn off the alarm before all hell would break loose.

I was going to say something about this, but then I remembered there are children on this site.

You shouldn't give yourself chances.

Hmm alarms, eh? I don't know how to use songs so I just use the most annoying default one for my iPad.

It's why I love cats so much. Sure they're lazy. But their personalities are so awesome.
I think cat might be my spirit animal.

Guide me with your lazy non-caringness!
