That's the kind of keyboard that's on the picture map thing I have for Spanish class, I call it a Spanish keyboard because it has Spanish letters on it, just as if I had a Japanese keyboard it would have Japanese characters all over it.
But this keyboard I have does NOT have any Spanish characters in it. I just pointed at this squiggly thing ~
If you look to the left of my hand, there's a Swedish O, which looks like this: Å
Under my hand are also the letters Ä and Ö, both of which are common letters in Scandinavian countries.
My point is, the squiggly thing is on my keyboard even though it's not even used in my country.

Am I honestly the only person with this button on their keyboard?
[ img ] That is not a common thing for American keyboards to have. But it's okay because our keyboard layout puts the pipe and backslash key in a more intuitive position, and has a smaller Return key.
Also QWERTY sounds much better than AZERTY
If you're referrring to me possibly having an AZERTY keyboard I must inform you that my keyboard definitely has the QWERTY layout. So does any other Finnish keyboard.

Thankfully not everything is as terrifying as that.

The hell is going on here? I feel like I'm in Birds or something. I step out of the door, look up and see two swan flying by, then a small bird jumps out of the tree next to me and suddenly a pigeon almost hits me in the face.

Today I learned that NASA drew an abstract penis on mars, (I don't know if it was interntional or not but who cares it's funny) and then reddit linked to their site as the source of the photo, and crashed the server that ran the site. This just made my day, because there's now a penis on mars, and reddit crashed NASA.
Here's the picture for anyone wanting to see, and the link to the site for anyone who happens to get to this post while the server is still crashed. http://www-robotics.jpl.nasa.gov/project...?Project=1
Edit: No longer crashed.

Squeee!
That reminds of what I wish I could get a hold of: a toaster signed by Deanna Oliver (Toaster's VA). When her son was deployed he had told his buddies that she was the Toaster and so they brought toasters for her to sign. She said she wanted to write "Toast the Taliban" on them but thought it would've been inappropriate.

I think it would have been very appropriate!
Speaking of Mars... the Mars One foundation recently opened up its application process. Who wants to be one of the first settlers on Mars?

Unless they have wi-fi, I'll pass.
